Our Team

Kids Club Saigon is blessed with a team of intelligent, creative, and loving people contributing their talents to our early childhood program. Our team currently consists of 13 support staff, 6 office staff, 29 teaching staff, and 5 administrative staff. Together we strive for excellence in our work with young children while having fun and learning from one another. We love to collaborate and share ideas, and most importantly, we love working with young children!

Our headteachers, who come from the US, UK, and Canada, bring years of experience to our early childhood program and continue to reflect and improve upon their teaching practices each day.

Our teaching assistants - talented, loving, and joyful - take part in staff development opportunities throughout the year to enhance their professional knowledge and practice.

Our security guards, cleaners, kitchen staff, and office team work hard each day to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for children and, in doing so, make it possible for our teachers to focus on teaching. Even on their busiest days, the majority of our support staff choose to take part in lunchtime English classes provided for free by one of our center managers!

As a community of lifelong learners, we strive to instill the same love of learning in young children.

At Kids Club Saigon, everyone - young and old - is a joyful learner!

Kids Club Saigon was founded in March 2010 by a Vietnamese-American educator from Portland, Oregon. Ms. Khanh Pham holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and has taught in primary schools in the United States and Vietnam for over twenty-five years. From 2001 to 2008, she taught early childhood programs at the International School of HCMC and Saigon South International School. As program director of Kids Club Saigon, she oversees staff training and program development for all KCS campuses. Ms Khanh can be reached at kidsclubsaigon@gmail.com
