Children enrolled in our full-day program eat lunch and rest at school. In the afternoon, they participate in weekly sessions of swimming ("water confidence"), yoga, sports & fitness, Vietnamese language and culture, S.T.E.M., and cooking.
Our kitchen team prepares a variety of nutritious, child-friendly snacks and lunches for the children each day.
Snacks include fresh fruit, plain yogurt and homemade granola, hard-boiled eggs, steamed vegetables, pasta with vegetable sauce, sandwiches, and homemade breads (e.g. zucchini, banana, carrot, apple).
Lunch service offers a choice of Asian and Western options. Menus are sent home each week for parents to select meals for their children. All meals include a main entree, served with grains or pasta, steamed or stir-fried vegetables, and soup.
Fresh fruit is served at each meal. Children are encouraged to drink water throughout the day.
